LeadRite is not just another leadership program, it is a six-month transformative journey. Our Leader Transformation Program is Interactive
Our common-sense approach doesn’t end with the program content. We understand that taking time away from a leader’s every day work can often impede their ability to attend training sessions. This is why we designed our delivery using a blended approach of in-person and online options, giving us the flexibility to meet your organization’s learning preferences.
Each participant also has the opportunity to receive optional 1:1 coaching to support their learning journey beyond the program which will allow them to stay on track by asking questions, sharing concerns, and furthering their understanding of how to implement the concepts learned in the program.

Maria, the founder of Workrite Solutions, leads with a strategic blend of authenticity, practicality, and humor. Her extensive leadership experience has not only earned her a stellar reputation for effective communication across all organizational levels but has also demonstrated her profound commitment to doing the right thing in every aspect of her work. Maria's journey is marked by her insatiable curiosity and diverse experience across various industries, from legal to manufacturing. These experiences not only broadened her perspective but also sharpened her ability to understand the complexities of leading in different environments. At a young age, she developed a deep love for writing and communication which she carries in her work with clients today as she skillfully weaves compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences and maximize buy-in. At the core of Maria's leadership philosophy is a deep-seated belief in vulnerability and its power to create meaningful connections within businesses. She leads by example, embracing challenges with courage and transparency, and inspiring others to do the same. When you work with Maria, it's easy to let your guard down as you see her modeling behaviors that allow you to learn and grow. Prior to founding Workrite Solutions, Maria held a pivotal senior leadership role where she led her team through daunting challenges. Her ability to understand the business while still leading with calm resolve, communicating effectively, and with admirable vulnerability steered the team and organization to success. Maria holds a degree in Human Resources and has a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP), among other certifications.
Jeanine Adams
Jeanine is a Leadership and Operations Consultant who’s been creating balance and harmony since childhood when she discovered a natural talent in resolving disputes. Today, she’s turned that talent into a thriving coaching practice, helping leaders achieve ambitious goals and creating workplaces that are as organized as they are people centered. With a knack for bringing order to chaos, she leads teams with clarity and a touch of humor. Before starting her coaching practice, Jeanine served in leadership roles where she oversaw large teams, most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations. Jeanine’s impact goes far beyond numbers and processes - she’s a partner who is genuinely invested everyone’s success, valuing relationship-building and authenticity above all. With two master’s degrees in communication and conflict resolution, Jeanine combines analytical skills with a deep understanding of human dynamics, guiding leaders to overcome obstacles and build thriving teams. If all this wasn’t enough, she also prides herself on being a teacher and a servant leader which is evident not only in her daily coaching, but also in her role as an Adjunct Professor where she carries on her impact with future generations. Jeanine’s clients and former team members have described her as smart and refreshingly down-to-earth, using her trademark wit to make complex challenges not just manageable, but often enjoyable.
